Woohoo - How are you?

I have been a busy puggie lately. The weather has been pretty nice here in NJ and the mommy and littles took me to the dog park like 1256 times. It was soooo much fun. We forgot the camera though which kind of stinks. I played with lots of other doggies and got my nose real close to their (%&%%) in true pug fashion. The mommy says I am Disgusting but I have to get waaaayyy in there to smell since my snout is so short. Those doggies with a long snout do not need to get as close. I am sure you other puggies understand :).

We have also been decorating our house. We set up a tree inside which the cats really like and a bunch of lights outside - pretty cool stuff.

Plus the best thing of all - there are tons of leaves everywhere!!! (FYI - don't jump in the leaves around my house - you might find a surprise).

Lastly, and most importantly, my BF Harry Pugalicious gave me this super pawsome award that I am so grateful to receive. Thanks a bunch Harry.

My BF Harry P as in Pugalicious or a/k/a Mr. September gave me an award and it involves one of my favorite things FOOD. Thanks Harry!!

Well as you all know, littles live in my house and they are GREAT at leaving foodables around for me to get to very easily. I think in the past month, I have eaten pancakes with syrup - my absolute favorite. I actually can smell those babies coming out of the box that beeps on the counter. Lets see - oh pork roll - my favorite - The daddy makes pork roll and egg sandwiches in the am and I stand right under the griddle - he is a sloppy cooker hehe. OK then there are Doritos - yummy salty crispy goodness - my favorite :) and lets not forget about bologna - school lunch making time is my favorite!!


Well those are just a few - after re-reading this it sure seems like I have a lot of favorites when it comes to foodables!! hehehe.
I think every dog in the blogisphere has gotten this award so I will pass along to any of those pups who have not received it yet - I love to hear about good food to sneak!

Thankful Thursday

Today, I am thankful for this beawootiful award from Mrs. Martha and Bailey Basset. "Comprovado! Seu blog tem nectar" is Portuguese for "Proven! This (it's) blog has nectar." How sweet!

OK - Five random things about me.
1) I am a hooman cuddler. I like to sleep right up next to my hoomans or right in between their legs where it is nice and warm. One day, the grandpaw was watching me and he decided to take a nap. I cuddled right up next to him (he was not used to having a pug sleep with him) - hehehehe.
2) I like to guard my house. When the door bell rings or the one on TV rings (I bark bark bark) to let the hoomans know I am guarding.
3) I LOVE other dogs. My favorite place is to go to the dog park to play with the other dogs. Sometimes the other dogs growl at me because I like to smell them A LOT and they get upset. (at least that is what the mommy said). I am just introducing myself in pure Pug Style:).
4) My belly is black but my fur is apricot. (My pugdaddy was a Black Pug and My pugmommy was an Apricot Pug.)
5) I like to watch the little hoomans get on the school bus and ride away. We all wait for the bus and after the littles get on - I make the mommy wait until the bus rides out of sight and then I will go back in the house. (I guess that is part of my guarding gene)

Well that's it for this post. HMMMMM I think I would like to know 5 things about: of course my boyfriend Harry , my 2 very talented friends Melissa and Emmitt and my buddy Brutus.

I am still waiting for him to ask me out again, but I know he is a very popular pug and in great demand with the other ladies. My mommy told me not to ask him out because it is not lady like so I am patiently waiting

Ten things about me, Rosie Marie:

1) I was born in Kansas and then shipped to a New Jersey pet store with my little brother. My little brother was bought right away and I was left in the store. I was there for a long time until the littles and the mommy came and picked me up. I was 6 months old when I went to live with my hoomans.

2) I live with 3 cats and I like to chase them and scare them because I know they are afraid of me. Please don't tell the mommy about this one :)

3) I like the mommy the best of all the hoomans - I like to follow her around everywhere when she is home.

4) I think cat poop tastes really really good - the mommy says it is gross but she never tasted it.

5) I sneak in the littles room and eat their toys just for fun - they don't even taste good.

6) I really am a bed hog - I act like I don't realize that I am hogging the bed from the mommy but I know exactly what I am doing.

7) I know that my farts stink and I let them loose right in the middle of company for laughs.

8) I scratch to go outside, walk out there and then come right back in without doing my business just for a good girl cookie.

9) I really like my crate when all the hoomans are not home - it is relaxing and peaceful.

10) I like to write poems and post them on my blog :)

These are very honest confessions. I hope no one thinks any less of me for my honesty :)

After reviewing a comment from Pug(s) and Bugg, I posted the comparison below. It is a stain of one of our great states!!! WOW!!

I have been reading this really funny dude's blog - Joe Stains and waiting to see if he would be giving out another one of his coveted stain awards. I think I have a pretty good submission. Tell me what you think of this one:
I must mention that this stain was set and froze because the mommy put the pillow that I stained outside in the 15 degree weather.
BTW, this is a frozen #1 but could be confused for a #2.
