UTI = Antibiotics

I see a cat.
I see a cat pee.
I see our cat Jet.
I see our cat Jet pee.
I see mommy.
I see mommy cleaning.
I see mommy cleaning up Jets pee.
Yup - that is what is going on in my house. Jet the cat has something wrong with his peeer and has been invited to my VET appointment tonight.
I am getting a check up and Jet is getting a peeer inspection (hehehehe).
No seriously - I hope he is OK. Mom things he has a UFO or something.
He was not feeling well over the weekend but seems to be better now. I think his peeer was stuck for a few days. My mommy said the UFO was the problem and he may need some antirobotics to cure him. I am not sure if the robots are taking him on the UFO but the mommy said he should be OK.
I just want a simple check up with no space aliens please.

Thankful Thursday

Hi Furends,

I have been busy babysitting the littles this week (with our cousin Taylor) and have not had time to get on my blog. I just took a peek this morning to see what has been happening to all my furends and read some very scary news.
My good friend Pearlie Poo had to have emergency surgery due to some stones that she must have ate or something - who knows how stones got into her body - but anyway thankfully her Momma was on top of her game and got her to the doctor right way. She is going to be fine, but that sounds like a very scary adventure - I would like to dedicate this Thankful Thursday to Miss Pearl and her Momma - we are all very thankful you got the help to make you all better.
We wish you a quick recovery!

A Pug Pampering Day

I decided today would be a good day for a little pug pampering (of myself). I set up my rafts and headed out to the pool.

I was thoroughly enjoying the peace and quiet until the hoomans decided to come out to the pool too and they interrupted my restful floating.

Then the littles came in the pool, I tried to continue my restful floating but the littles wanted to play.
I decided maybe it was time for me to get out.

So I got out and used their towels hehehe.

Rosie's Rump Roast

After reviewing my post from yesterday, I noticed a very terrible thing has happened.
I am not sure when it happened because it is a hard thing for me to watch closely. But it has grown out of control.

Now don't be scared I know it is big and hairy and can produce some very smelly stuff but it is really harmless.

Whoa - that is a big momma - Holy Pug Butt. I am gonna have to start trying to hide that thing.
Maybe I will start doing some rump crunches.

The Rosie Shuffle

Hi Furends - I thought we would do a little dancing today - now everyone hum and get your beat (I have the Ho down Throw down by Hannah Montana in my head) - OK Ready. Go

Now eat some Bologna and let it slide.

Yeah. I love that dance and the reward at the end.
Happy Dancing!

Rosie's Favorite Things

Once in a while, the mommy watches this lady named Oprah (have you ever heard of her?) She has this TV show that all the female hoomans love and she does this episode called My Favorite Things so I thought I could do a doggie version of Rosie's Favorite Things (except I am not giving all the stuff away like Oprah does - I wish I could but we are poor - sorry). Well here it goes:

1) My dog food. The mommy was buying wellness food and I did not like it anymore and now she buys this food and it is yummy. I eat the wet and the Turkey is the best.

2) Old Mother Hubbard Cookies - I never get sick of these cookies they are so delicious. I prefer the assorted flavors.

3) Webkins - I have like 530,894 of these. I just steal them from the littles rooms and fill up my toy box. I grab a new one every time someone comes home. They are great chew toys.

4) My retractable dog leash. All hoomans should have one of these so their dogs can run way out in front of them. Any kind will do - we got ours from the neighbor after their dog (Miller Man) passed over the rainbow bridge.
and one more for today
5) Bully sticks. I really love these but they are very expensive so they are only bought on special occasions. The last time mommy was at the pet store a lady told her to buy them online - we still have to try that (if anyone has any good places please let us know). I like the link I attached because of the Pug :).

I would love to hear about and try some of your favorite things.
I tag you to do a post. :)

Hot and I don't mean Sexy

When the mommy and littles were on vacation, I stayed with the daddy who does not blog, does not take me for walks and does not take me for car rides so basically we stayed home and went in the yard - yada yada yada BORING. He also does not take pictures so nothing to share from the week we stayed together other than that he was good to me and we bonded.

So now the mommy and littles are home and were feeling sorry for me since I have not been out of the house for like a gazillion million trillion years so they decided to take me somewhere.
I was so excited just to get in the car I was all smiles.

My excitement grew when I saw where we were going. The place where the pets go.

We got some necessities like dog food and cat food and then we stopped to get my nails clipped. The mommy's camera was acting up so we did not get a picture of how good I was while the lady cut my nails. She said I was so cute and of good quality :) (I like her).

After the store, we went back into the car and it was hot hot hot - I was panting and snorting like an overheated pug.

I was actually glad to get back home into the AC. I can see why us pugs are made for the indoors. Now it is time for a nap.

The Jersey Shore

The littles and the mommy are back from the Jersey shore a/k/a The New Jersey Shore (Wildwood, NJ). They stayed in this hotel which was located in Wildwood Crest, NJ. "The Crest" is known as a family area where Wildwood is more for the wild and crazy singles.
This summer has been a very rainy season in NJ but they got lucky this week because they had a few beautiful days. The ocean water was warm and they did a lot of swimming and surfing.
They dug lots of holes and built plenty of sand castles.
Then when they had enough of the beach, they went back to the ocean front pool at the hotel.
At night, they went to their favorite attraction - the Boardwalk. On the Boardwalk, you see all sorts of funny things like this parade with a very tall Elvis.
He stopped to pose with the littles.

The littles went on tons of rides and ate the signature "Jersey" boardwalk food - vinegar fries, fresh squeezed lemonade and orangeade and ice cream.
In the am, they went out on the balcony and watched the beautiful ocean waves and sun rise.

They had a great trip but, I am glad they are home.

Me and My Dad

The Daddy Loves Me.
I am feeling a lot better about being left home with the daddy - we are planning to do some real bonding while the mommy and littles are gone. He has promised to take good care of me and totally ignore the cats (he he - only kidding) - he has to feed all of us including Swimmy the beta fish but, he says that we are going to have lots of fun while the mommy and littles are gone - I think if I use my pug loving talents I may get more treats then usual.

The daddy did say that he does not blog - so I will have to fill you all in on our week and catch up with all of you next week. Enjoy and I will miss you!

Anxiety Stricken

It is true - my investigation proves true. The mommy and the littles are leaving (not on a jet plane) but they are leaving. They are heading to the sandy beaches of Wildwood, NJ for a few days and leaving me home with the daddy. The daddy has to work which means I will be left home with the cats during the day.
I am having a little anxiety about their trip. I am worried about my care.
Who will feed me?
Who will let me out?
Who will I sleep with at night?
Who will give me butt rubs and kisses?
Who will call me sweet cutesie names when they get home?
Who will give me treats?
oh the worry is too much.
I need a nap.
