Weekend Update

The mommy brought me to the Jersey Shore Pug meet up on Sunday. It was really cold but a lot of pugs came out to play anyway. We forgot the camera and I am secretly glad we did since I was one of the chubbiest puggies there. I am not sure if they were under fed or I have been dipping into the treat box a little too often. I am sure you can guess what the mommy thinks.

We also met a really cool pug - he was silver. I had never met a silver pug before and thought he was quite handsome - his name was Frankie. The mommy really liked him too.

Other than that, I stayed inside this weekend - it was cold. I am going to have to find some indoor activities or it is going to be a very long winter....

Wonderful Weekend

This was a great weekend. My rash went away YEAH!! and the mommy took me to the littles soccer game. It was so much fun and I gots lots and lots of rubs and attention. Everyone loves a pug - especially one wearing this:

Good News, Bad News, Charity News

Hi Furends -
Good News
This weekend I earned me some super bonus points for leaving no deposits in the house. It was a rainy and cold weekend so the mommy was very happy with me for doing everything outside. She even brought me for a few car rides and gave me lots of praise and treats. Plus, no crate all weekend since the hoomans were home with me. Yeah!!
Bad News
I have a bumpy rash under my coat and we are not sure what it is. It does not itch me or bother me but the mommy is concerned. We are going to try a different food and see if that helps. The mommy gave me a bath too but the rash did not go away. I had this rash one other time and it went away in a few days. This time it seems to be here longer than the last. I told the mommy it could be my food and to give me pancakes instead, but she did not go for that one :).

Wonderful Weekend

Hi Furends,
Hope you all had a great weekend like I did. For being such a good girl, the mommy took me for a ride in the car. I Love to go bye bye in the car - it is so exciting especially when she opens the windows and I can stick my nose out.
We also went to Petco and got treats and a new collar for me. I have been escaping from my harness so she got me a collar to try out. It is purple (I think I know a certain Sibe who would LOVE it).
I also went to visit my good friend Neptune but the mommy forgot her camera when we went for the visit. Here I am in the car: - Hi

and the best thing of all about this weekend - I was not in the crate at all since the mommy was with me 24/7. So guess who was.......

It is Finally Here

Hi Furends, This has been a crazy week around my house. Last night we lost Jet for awhile - he just disappeared and we looked all over for him. I was starting to think the aliens came back but, we finally found him hiding in the daddy's closet. He is on the mend and looks a lot better today. He is even losing the stinky smell. The mommy said 1 more bath should do it for good. I want to wish you all a happy and Safe labor day. I will leave you with a picture of me that looks like I am sliding into home plate.

A Busy Weekend =

Where is everyone?

We have been having non-stop rain here in NJ. A few weeks ago on one of the rare nicer days we had the mommy and littles took me to the dog park. I was so excited because I love going in the car. We got to the park and no one else was there. I could smell the other dogs but there was no one to play with. I was bummed. Maybe next time.

I just got back from Partypalooza - 2009 - whew and I am exhausted! I am just going to sit here on the couch and pretend I was at "obedience school" all weekend! I hope the mommy does not catch on to us pugs or decide to quiz me :)

Just call Me Rosierella

I may not look like Cinderella, but I sure felt like her this weekend when my Prince Harry Pugalicious came to pick me up for our weekend in New York City.

First, Harry flew in from AL and surprised me by arriving at my house in a super stretch limousine that took us into New York City.

He booked us rooms at the famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel where we could relax before getting dressed for the evening. We of course had separate rooms (Harry is always a gentleman). You can see how beauwootiful our rooms were.





After we washed up and dressed. We decided to stop in Sir Harry's, one of the bars in the hotel, before heading off to the Rainbow Room to meet the others.

You will have to head over to Petey's blog to see the exciting night we had dancing under the stars. It was truly magical and a night I will never forget.
Thank you Petey for planning such a wonderful weekend and Thank you Harry for a weekend I will always treasure.

The Dress

Dress shopping for a Pug is a difficult affair. I took Jet (the cat) with me for a second opinion. After trying on many dresses, I decided on the dress below since it is a Rose color like my name :). Pugs are a bit broad shouldered so it was hard finding a good fit. I also have decided to go with no make up as suggested by many of the comments on my blog. I hope Harry thinks I look beautiful :)

Monday Mishmosh

On Sunday the mommy took me to the dog park. It was unseasonably warm and there were lots of other dogs there to play with and my pug buddy, Cosmo, was there too. I had a ton of fun and got lots of exercise. When the hoomans went next door to watch the football game, I got some much needed rest after my very exciting day.
The mommy came home early from the party because she has a bad cold. She even stayed home from work today and slept with me all day.
Today was very warm too and when the daddy and littles got home, we all played outside while the mommy kept sleeping.
This weather stuff is so strange. I heard the hooman on the TV set say it was going to snow tomorrow. No wonder why the mommy has a cold. I hope the rest of us can stay healthy. Wishing you all healthy vibes too!

Trips Trips and More Trips

The Hoomans are planning trips without me!!

I heard them talking about a snow tube. I like snow and tubes - why aren't I invited on this trip? I am not sure what they have in store for me when they go, but it better be good!

The mommy and daddy are also planning a trip without me and the littles!! They are going to a weeding or something. The grandma is coming to stay with us overnight. This will be her test to see if she can handle me for the big trip they are taking in April.

The big trip is for a whole week. I bet they miss me and start booking animal friendly trips post April!!

I did hear that the Pug meet up is this weekend - maybe they will take me there or at least to the dog park. I need a little puppy play time - these cats are too stuffy!

Keeping Warm

First, I would like to thank Rachel, Winston and Clementine's mom, for all the good suggestions regarding food for me. The mommy is going to try a new brand.

Second, I wanted to acknowledge this very special day in history and would like to note that I will be watching the hoomans inauguration of the new president of the USA, Barack Obama and



Third, I wanted to share some pictures from this weekend.
It has been very cold at my house so, I like to sleep in this bed to keep warm. It was one of the cats beds, but I decided to take it over. As you can see, I have to squeeze myself in and I just about fit.

I also play in this warm bed because it is much too cold to play outside.
and when I get really cold and tired - I like to cuddle up and sleep with the littles.

Weekend Update

The mommy took me to the dog park again this weekend. I think she likes to go as much as I do. We will have to remember to bring the camera next time. The littles come too. They like to climb in the trees while I run around and around with the other dogs. There was this one dog there this weekend that kept barking at me. I was not sure if he liked me or was yelling at me! He looked like this:

He was not barking at any of the other dogs - just me. At first, I thought he wanted to play but, then he had a little bit of an attitude. I just snorted in his face and smelt his but. The mommy said that I put my nose where it does not belong and that is why he was barking at me. I guess he does not know Pug lingo.

Weekend Plans

This weekend is the Pug Meet up!! I am very excited to play with all of my pug friends. Hopefully the turn out is good especially since it is going to be cold outside. Mommy said she was going to buy me a new sweater for the occasion. I will try to get some pictures to share with you next week!
