Lovely Leaves

I have been reading how a lot of blogger doggies have been using the indoors as their toilet due to the cold weather. I did that a lot in the past but, since discovering the joys of peeing in leaf piles - I do prefer to go outside. There is nothing like the feeling of the leaves hitting your bottom while squatting to pee - in fact, I have never passed a leaf pile without stopping. The hoomans are onto my peeing pleasure and have left some leaves in the yard all for me.

WARNING: Don't do this in my yard -

Of course, if they forget to let me out all bets are off and I will do what I have to do (inside). Pugs never hold it.

Failed

So like the mommy left me out of the crate the other day when she ran out to the store.
She never said it was a test.

Later that day. Totally not fair.

(Note from the mommy - Rosie also pooped downstairs during this test she totally failed).

Up To Speed

Hi Rosie Here,
As you all heard I have been locked up in my crate and the mommy has been hacking into my blog. I have been a VERY good girl and have been following all the "good dog" instructions like going outside to pee and poop, not chewing on the furniture, etc. but she STILL is putting me in the farkakte (S-dog word) crate. I even have been going to my "old" bye bye spot on the couch where I use to go lay down during the day when the mommy was at work and she is still not getting the hint. I thought this morning she fur sure would have let me stay free but no she scooped me up and put me in the crate. *sigh* How long will this go on????

On a happier note, as you can see from yesterday's pictures with Jet he is all healed up (if you don't remember what happened to the poor guy look here). He is back to his old self (and he smells good too). He is still a little on the stoopid side though - can you believe that when the mommy lets me out of the crate he actually goes in their to sleep - what a cat turd. BOL.

Well finally, I will leave you with some pictures of me playing with some toys I found outside in our yard yesterday. Windy Days Rock!!!

Harmony

Hi Everyone,
Rosie's Mom again today. I want to thank everyone for their comments and good advice. This weekend was a success with Rosie's training. We crated her when we left the house and paid strict attention to when she had to go outside and there were no accidents. We also spent all day Saturday cleaning the carpets down stairs and they look and smell delightful so we are being extra careful with watching Rosie's every move. This morning, I had her outside and she went #1 and and then wandered around the yard a bit. She came in and ate her breakfast. Then I saw her sneak off to go down stairs. I followed her and caught her before she did anything but, she was certainly planning on leaving a poop down there so I took her right outside and she went in the proper place. I think she will need this type of attention for a while before she gets it right. I did crate her when I left for work this morning and she seemed OK with it - I know she would rather lounge on the couch all day but oh well.
Thanks again and I will let you know how it all works out.

Took a quick ride to the dog park - too cold.

Pooped in the back of the mommy's new jeep - big trouble.

The mommy gave me a bath - all better. :)

REVISED - Joe Stains Worthy?? - POTTY WARNING

**REVISED POST**

After reviewing a comment from Pug(s) and Bugg, I posted the comparison below. It is a stain of one of our great states!!! WOW!!

I have been reading this really funny dude's blog - Joe Stains and waiting to see if he would be giving out another one of his coveted stain awards. I think I have a pretty good submission. Tell me what you think of this one:
I must mention that this stain was set and froze because the mommy put the pillow that I stained outside in the 15 degree weather.
BTW, this is a frozen #1 but could be confused for a #2.

Too Cold

It is cold and will be getting even colder at my home. It was so cold this morning that I did not even want to go to the bus with the littles which is one of my daily highlights. This morning I did pee pee on my giant pillow bed because it was too cold to go outside. I was hoping the pillow bed would absorb the pee and the mommy would not know I went but, when I did not go outside the mommy knew I already did the pee pee somewhere else. She looked everywhere and when she picked up the big pillow the pee pee dripped out the other side. The pillow makers should really think about making more absorbent bed pillows for pugs. Hope you are all staying warm and toasty!
Love,
Rosie

Humans and the Green Stuff

It has been a few weeks since I moved in with my new family. The humans are very nice to me and have been giving me good food to eat. They also bought me lots of toys. They are a little strange though because they keep bringing me to walk on this soft green stuff that tickles my feet. I try to run back to my crate but they keep putting me back on the green stuff. I walk around and smell things to try and make them happy but, they just stand there and look at me funny. Then I run around and the little humans will chase me which is lots of fun!
