Don't Forget the Wrapper

Bloggin Buddies,
So sorry I have not been around lately. We are a busy group and sometimes never even get to turn this puter on anymore.
This has been a great summer so far. I have been swimming and BBQing and sleeping and playing. But dont get me wrong it has not been all treats and table scraps. I had to visit the vet a few weeks back because some bug got in my stomach. The mommy thought it crawled in when she got me a bone from the pet store that did not have a wrapper (never eat a bone that was not individually wrapped). That bug was just waiting for me to eat it up and it could get going in my tummy. I had to get some medicines to get that buggy out. I am all better now and feeling good again. I am looking forward to more funs and stuff. Here I am with one of the littles enjoying a bone that was wrapped up.

Happy Memorial Day - From Me and The Rock

Today is a beautiful day in NJ. I am glad to be home - I spent the last two nights at the resort and spa while my pawrents were away. They picked me up early last night after a super great bath and I am ready for a little family fun and BBQ.

I was checking out my yard last night to see if all was in order after my time away from home and I found a visitor. At first I thought he was a rock but when I went up to sniff him he moved and I took off running. I went back to take a second look with my dad and he said I found one of these:

The littles wanted to keep my rock friend but the mommy said no way. So they carried him outside to the woods and we went on with our fun.

About an hour later, that rock dude was back in my yard. I guess he heard us having so much fun but the dad was planning to mow the grass tomorrow and that could be disastrous for the rocky guy so, they carried him out even further into the woods.

I was out this morning to see if he came back but no lil rock man. I guess dad has the green flag to mow the grass.

The hoomans put on the heater last night so we are all planning to spend this glorious day celebrating our soldiers and the freedom they provide us all while lounging in the pool.

Yep - I am ready - last one in is a rotten rock guy (he he)!

Thanks and Doggie Day Care

Thank you every puggy and their mommy for all the great advice. My momma is going to try some alternate methods before surgery especially since I feel fine. She also has me eating a new food to help with my pugish figure.

And she made a reservation for me to go to doggie day care tomorrow so I can get some exercise during the day while she is at work. There are going to be lots of other dogs my size at day care to play with and should be loads of barking fun.

I will post all about my day this weekend. I am soooo excited. Have you ever been to day care before?

My Mom and I have a question.


I went to see the Doctor yesterday and he said I have a knee problem. Specifically, he said I have a luxating patella STAGE 3 (YIKES). Mom and I have been doing some research and it seems that my knee will eventually get worse and I will need a surgery. I am only 2 years old - WTF?????


We wanted to reach out to all you fur babies and see if you ever had this luxating patella or knew anybody who did and get some advice.


My mommy is not rushing into anything since it does not bother me but really wants to know if anyone has experience with this problem.
