Mommy and Daddy meme

I was reading my pug friends Winston and Clementine's Blog and was tagged to insert a Mommy and Daddy meme (along with the littles). I think you can guess what time of year it was when this pic was taken - (circa 2007)!!
If you're reading this and have not already done so, then you've officially been tagged for the Mommy & Daddy meme! This Pug would love to see your Mug!!!

NO SUITCASES and NO SNACKS

I think I know what the suitcases are for and I am not liking it!!! In fact, I think I will start my campaign - what do you think of these?

I think the Mommy and the littles are going somewhere. I heard that the Daddy had to work which means yours truly will be in the crate until he gets home to let me out. GRRREEEAT (eye roll). The cats were right to be upset yesterday. We also noticed that there is a tree laying downstairs. Imagine a tree in the house. I wonder what that is for?
All of these strange things are happening - including my diet. Another day of no table scraps. I say scraps without the s on that!!
Well happy snacking to you all - I am starving!
Catch ya later,
Rosie

Suitcases, Slippers and Treats

The cats are in an uproar because the suitcases are out of the closet. What does that mean? I feel like I am missing something that should concern me. I will have to wait and see what these suitcases are up to.
As you can tell, Dadddy has gotton over his problem with soiling his slippers and I am back to my old self and free to blog. I have noticed that I am receiving less treats though. I even heard Mommy say something about me getting fat and limiting my snacks. Imagine a Pug on a diet - what a funny thought. Sometimes if the little humans leave their breakfast lying around, I can just reach the top of the end table to get it on the floor. When all else fails, I just knock over the big can and all the uneaten items come rolling out. Major snack time!!
Do you have any resourceful tips on how to get treats? It looks like I will have to come up with some new ideas if they are actually going to force a diet on me.
Hope you are all snacking well - I am starving!
Well catch ya later,
Rosie

Gabby Blogger

Gabby girl here (that's me in the pic) blogging for Rosie. Rosie is in the doghouse (he he) because she pooped in the little boys room and then the Daddy stepped in it (YUP) you read that correctly. He must have been 1/2 a sleep to miss the stuff and squish there it went into the carpet and all over his new slippers. Very gross. So, needless to say the pug was in BIG trouble. Once you get the Daddy mad, your doomed!!
I actually thought it was pretty funny since it did not affect me in any way and you may already know that I don't particular care for the Pug. My brother (Jet) can tolerate her and actually plays with her sometimes but, I prefer to keep my distance. All that snorting and dog slobbering stuff is not for a feline like me.
I watch from a top the bed where she can't reach me and run away when she tries to catch me. Sometimes I give her a good hiss to tell her who is boss. The Mommy likes her though and she is VERY SPOILED by the Mommy. Jet and the Pug fight for the Mommy's attention, the Pug usually wins because she sticks her big snorty self right in the Mommy's face. I wonder why Jet even tries! Enjoy your weekend!

(Not) Thankful Thursday

Tis the Thanksgiving season and since I document on this blog what I am thankful for every week. I thought it would be fun to list a few things that I am not thankful for this week!
1) Being left home alone.
2) Humans who do not share their food.
3) Having to pee and poop outside when it is very cold out.
4) #3 again when it is raining out.
5) Wide bones that get stuck in my throat.
6) Cheap dog food.
7) Hissing Cats.
8) Being locked out of the bathroom when Mommy is in there.
9) Car rides that are not just for fun.
and last but not least
10) Trips to the Vet.
Below are a few pics for my Pug Buddies. (Thanksgiving Pug Humor)

Weekend Update

The little boy is sick. We hope he feels better soon and the rest of us stay healthy.
I did hear that he went to a Birthday Party on Saturday (he did not take me) serves him right - no wonder he is sick today. All humans should know that you never go to a party and leave your Pug at home. Tsk Tsk - silly little boy. I do hope he feels better soon though - sick humans are a pathetic site.
Well catch ya later,
Rosie

Thankful Thursday

Today I am thankful for this loving little human. He is a sweet little boy that I love very much. He also has lots of good chew toys in his room. Thank you for being my friend.
Love you forever, Cozy Rosie

2 Sense Tuesday

Two for 2 Sense Tuesday:
1) Happy Veterans Day to all that served and to those that continue to do so! Thank you.

2) Whoever named this season must have been from New Jersey because they sure do FALL around here. Can you see the driveway?

Weekend Update

WOW WEE - Another Great Weekend.
Well Saturday was not that great it rained a lot - but Sunday was FUN FUN FUN. Mommy and the little humans brought me here http://jacksontimes.micromediapubs.com/news/2008/0510/front_page/001.html
We (I) had a blast running around with a few of the other small doggies. I hope the Pug group will join me here one day.

I did have one not so great moment this weekend. My Mommy bought me these new rawhide chicken bones which taste ohhhhh so good and I ate a lot of them yesterday. I was eating my 3rd or 4th one for the day and was having such a good time chewing and chewing and then all of a sudden it jumped into my throat and I could not spit it out. I tried to gag and it was stuck. I ran over to Mommy so fast and showed her I could not gag and she stuck her fingers down my throat and pulled it out. WHEW that was a relief. I was shaking I was so scared. Mommy said it was alright now and we would get rid of those bones. I actually was hoping she would have given me a new one, but no such luck.
Well catch ya later,
Rosie

Weekend Update #2 PUG MEETUP

The Pug Meetup was a snorting, barking, butt sniffing - GOOD TIME! I can't wait for the next one.
Catch ya later,
Rosie

Weekend Update #1 HALLOWEEN

Cops and Prisoners Trick or Treating. We had a lot of fun. We went with a large group but Mommy did not bring her camera for the walk. I met a few other pugs on the way - whew was I tired when we got home.

This is me and the little humans and then our whole family. (minus the cats of course)
